I just found a new and very interesting webcam site called My Free Cams.  The concept is very different than any other webcam site I have seen.  I'll compare it to the current camgirlshide user favorite webcam site hotcams to illustrate the difference.

The basic concept of My Free Cams is very similiar to a large strip club.  Models will do limited performances on their cams for free.  Maybe a little sexy dancing or some boob shots.  Maybe even more in some cases.  If the model starts receiving tips they will start doing more.  In many cases the models will post a threshold of tips they are looking for to do a certain action as well as a running total.  Once they get to this number the show starts.  Of course the models will also pay the most attention to those viewers tipping the best. 

If action starts to really heat up the models may move all the tippers into a hotter group show.  The number of viewers in a group show is small so you have a good opportunity to direct the action here and the price is very low ($0.80 to $1/minute). 

Finally, the lap dance of the strip club, the private show is available just like on any other webcam site were you can completely call the shots.
Now the negatives in my opinion:

- private shows are very expensive at 60 tokens per minute ($4.80 - $5.00/minute).  A good private webcam show on hotcams can easily be found for less than half of that price.
- The webcam quality is good, but not as good as the high def webcam experience of hotcams.
- The search feature needs a bit more work.  I don't see a way to search for models with particular atributes such as age, hair color, or outfits.

Also, people have asked if you can re-use your tenga egg or if they are one time use.  The original idea was that they would be used one time.  I'm told this is because they are very concerned with keeping things extremely sanitary in Japan.  However, it is certainly possible to wash them and re-use them if you are careful.  I haven't worn one out yet, but it seems the average is 10 to 12 uses out of an egg with dish soap and warm water washing.
